Resolution 1171 (Council 2001) resolved to establish a Working Group comprised of experts to review and recommend improvements of the Financial Regulations to Council 2002 (see C01 Report of the Finance Committee). Council appointed Mr. Bruce Gracie, Chairman of the Standing Committee on Finance, to chair this group.
