ITU Council 2010: Information Session on ICT-E

	15 April 2010, Geneva, Switzerland: An important objective of ITU is to inform and educate visitors about the power of information and communications technologies (ICT) and the role of ITU in helping to connect the world. For this purpose, it is establishing a visitors’ centre (known as ICT-E) at its headquarters in Geneva, Switzerland.
