ENTRANCE TICKETS AND FEESTELECOM 99 + INTERACTIVE 99 will not have a pre-registration system. Badges and passes will be distributed as provided for in the Exhibitor Manual (Chapter 8.1) and the General Regulations (art.18).: * Each Exhibitor will receive a number of EXHIBITOR passes for their personnel, free of charge, depending on the space of their stand as described below;

Additional passes may be purchased at a cost of CHF 50.- per pass (through order form in the Exhibitor Manual). * Each Exhibitor will receive a number of SERVICE passes, free of charge for the use of their stand builders and other subcontractors involved in the stand construction (requirements by order form in the Exhibitor Manual) * Cleaning staff appointed by Exhibitors should report to ORGEXPO Technical Services Desk, with evidence of their appointment, in order to obtain the appropriate access for stand cleaning.*Exhibitors will receive a number of free passes for distribution to their guests. In addition they can order guest invitations which their clients can exchange at the entrance to the exhibition for a complimentary visitor pass. Exhibitors will be invoiced after the event, at a discounted rate, only for those guest invitations that have actually been exchanged for passes.
