| Description | The main objective of the project was the creation of a virtual hospital to provide specialized medical assistance to the population. Initially, the installation and set-up of the Carabobo State University’s information highway (fiber optic backbone) had to permit the interconnection of five medical centres, thus offering the possibility of having a significant number of specialists in a virtual place. |
