Study on Convergence Licensing Trends

The NBTC is seeking to implement converged licensing regimes taking into account the review and reform of its telecommunications and broadcasting licensing regime which may also require amendments of laws and regulations thereby promoting new services and service providers and enabling the regulators to regulate the industry more effectively and efficiently.
The NBTC and ITU agree to conduct a study on licensing trends and modern licensing framework with aims to provide insight of current circumstances and recommendations for potential licensing reform in Thailand.
