The Centre of Excellence Project aims at providing sustainable and long lasting capacity building solutions for decision-makers and executive staff of the Telecommunication Sector in all regions. In the case of the Americas Region the CoE project relies on a network of 13 Nodes which essentially provide e-learning activities on 5 selected issues: Business Management, Regulatory Practices, Technology Awareness, Spectrum Management and Rural Connectivity . Each node provides in-kind partner contributions which are tailored to the requirements of the concerned CoE actions (Expertise, Fellowships, training materials, etc.). |
