This Project has been established successfully, in the context of the global ITU/GTU Project, as a second stage of a previous distance learning Project which had set up a regional framework for the development of e-learning activities in the region. It aimed at the development and implementation of series of distance learning courses on 6 major domain: Strategic Business Management, Marketing in Telecom Business, management of non-state owned companies, Operation of Common Channel Signalling N7, Information Security of Networks, Creation of Global Information Infrastructure. |
