This project will focus on producing in-depth research and analysis in the area of collaborative ICT policy and regulation. The research will deliver a benchmark to support evidence-based decision making in ITU Member States (G5 Benchmark). The policy guidance and the global policy advocacy campaign crafted around the core findings of the research work is expected to contribute to governments’ efforts in tackling the challenges of digital transformation while leveraging its opportunities. The project will therefore provide practical policy advice and bring national stakeholders together so that policy and regulatory frameworks enable digital markets to thrive and leave no one behind. |

The outcomes achieved by the project will therefore provide practical policy advice in the mid- to long-term and bring national stakeholders together so that policy and regulatory frameworks enable digital markets to thrive and leave no one behind. | |
