| Description | ITU has developed a Digital Innovation Framework, which maps key barriers to vibrant ICT centric ecosystems. Based on this mapping, ITU has also created a Digital Transformation Framework, which establishes key projects to nurture vibrant ICT innovation centric ecosystems. ITU is finalizing the development of an updated policy toolkit that enables scale up of this knowledge. This project aims to further facilitate development and implementation of key flagship projects identified during previous work, in order to showcase outcomes to ITU membership. This project is expected to showcase concrete results of customized digital transformation for the selected countries, which can be shared with other ITU member countries in enhancing innovation for their digital transformation contributing to achieving the SDGs, SDG 9 in particular, through innovative partnership (SDG 17). | |
