| Description | The objective of this project is to implement human and institutional capacity-building and education activities through the delivery of the ‘online Master of Communications Management’ program and granting of a corresponding degree (hereinafter referred to as the “eMCM”). The courses of the eMCM will be delivered through the ITU online Academy platform, and the degree will be awarded by recognized, partner Universities. This project will respond to the needs of ITU membership for capacity building programmes, that improve the managerial skills and competencies of the professionals and executives who are working in the ICT sector. |
