Quality of Service Review for Fixed Broadband Services in Barbados

This project aims to assist the Government of Barbados to review and evaluate current level of quality of service (QoS) for Fixed Broadband Services throughout the country with a view to establish baseline of QoS parameters, implementing QoS standards as well as updating its regulatory framework related to Fixed Broadband Services. The review will include an audit of the fixed Broad Band Services (Internet services) being provided by the service providers in Barbados which will determine the current state of play as well as issues and recommendations for improving the level of fixed broadband QoS in Barbados.
