Abstract :

At its 2015 session, the Council requested the secretariat to prepare a document on possible improvements for the roll-out of the Plenipotentiary Conference (PP). Document C16/4, "Possible improvement of the roll-out of the Plenipotentiary Conference" was reviewed at the 2016 session of the Council which instructed the Secretary-General to continue his consultation and report to C17.
