The Swiss company TOGEWAnet AG, established in 2001 and owned by TOGEWA Holding, specialises in mobility management and roaming optimisation solutions for the mobile and wireless telecommunications sector. Since its introduction in July 2002 the pioneering WeRoamŪ Services were successfully implemented into various GSM operator networks thus connecting them efficiently to the growing SIM based WLAN roaming platform. WeRoamŪ facilitates seamless integration of WLAN and GSM technologies, enabling automatic and secure roaming between standards. WeRoamŪ provides secure authentication (SIM, Radius and EAP SIM based), signaling conversion, clearing and settlement services (TAP based), roaming agreement management and secured corporate VPN access.
