Micro Research - The Convergence place where IT Skills meet Telecom Experience. Micro Research is a Belgian software engineering company designing and implementing mediation solutions for Telecommunication Management Networks (TMN). Our core product, MR-MDS® collects specific data flows and translates them into generic data as needed by management applications (OSS, BSS, CRM, workflow ) thus providing functional integration by ensuring seamless interoperability between heterogeneous systems (multi-technology, multi-domain, multi-vendor). MR- MDS® constitutes the TMN architecture's base, which is enhanced according to customer needs. It allows OPEX reduction, faster time to market and improved customer satisfaction. To develop efficient products and propose the most adapted solutions, we use state of the art development technologies such as J2EE, CORBA, ORACLE. In 2001, Micro Research implemented an R&D program in the telecom transmission equipment's domain. MR-NetCAM enables automatic optimised circuit provisioning.
