Governments develop regulations, policies and programmes to bridge the digital divide. These sessions aim to improve our understanding of the implementation processes and the experiences of different governments in implementing such policies and programmes. These sessions will also identify best practices to support their adoption in the region.

These sessions will discuss the social capacities needed to use ICTs as tools for solving problems and supporting development. Special attention will be given to discussing the inclusion of specific populations, such as those in rural and remote areas, in national initiatives.
