ITU TELECOM AFRICA 2004, taking place in Cairo, Egypt from 4-8 May 2004 is an event which will bring leading players from government, regional and international operators, manufacturers, regulators and investment bodies to participate in a major Exhibition and Forum with the theme "Access Africa"
