Delegations wishing to reserve a room are requested to complete a Room Reservation Form and submit it to PP06roomreservations@itu.int.  Requests will be processed on a first come first served basis. During the conference, the Room Reservation Service will be located in Office Mira 1-A of the Vega Convention Centre.
