Description

Hugo.lv is the Latvian state administration language technology platform, through which artificial intelligence (AI) is being introduced in Latvia's e-governance using advanced AI tools. Hugo.lv provides automated translation, speech recognition and synthesis, Latgalian spelling, easy language and various tools for multilingual support in e-services, as well as a catalog of virtual assistants. Hugo.lv, which is freely available to every resident of Latvia, is designed to implement one of the main tasks of effective e-governance - to ensure that its services are accessible and understandable to all population groups regardless of their language skills, competences, health issues.
