In order to reach an inclusive community where persons with disabilities have access to information and knowledge, acquire ICT training and communicate using accessible ICT infrastructure and assistive technologies, the Ministry of communications and information technologies transferred 48 youth centers into inclusive community centers by providing them with the required tools.
