In order to facilitate the participation and ensure the inclusion of
all WSIS Stakeholders, remote participation has been designed as an
integral feature of the WSIS Forum 2016. WSIS Stakeholders who wish
to participate remotely in any of the sessions, will be able to do
so via either the Webcast Service or the Adobe Connect platform.
iwrite4WSISForum is a campaign that aims to empower stakeholders
to write and report on all WSIS related events and activities,
sharing their work and ideas with thousands of WSIS stakeholders
online worldwide. The twitter hash tag for the campaign is
#WSIS. This hash tag will enable us to collect and include all
your feeds into the campaign. All the latest feeds with
reference to this campaign will be shared on this page.
As a special feature for registered
participants an online community platform will be available as
an extension of the WSIS Forum 2016 to help you meet other
registered participants, start conversations, interact with
scheduled speakers and build your personalized schedule of
sessions. As a confirmed participant of the WSIS+10 High-Level
Event, you will be automatically registered to the online
community platform and will receive an invitation to complete
your profile. Please note that your profile will not be active
till you complete your profile.
