ITU and the Ministry of lnformation, Communication and lnformation Technology represented by the lnformation and Communication Technologies Commission (ICTC) of the United Republic of Tanzania signed a partnership agreement to operationalize the ITU Acceleration Centre, one of the vehicles of the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Alliance for Digital Development.
