"Electronic" images:

When sending electronic photos, it is strongly advised to follow strictly the following procedure. Electronic photos will be dealt with as a matter of priority.

1. The name of the file must be in the form:
   IDnumber_Name_Firstname_Org.jpg and must not exceed 32 characters.
   The ID number is the one included in your accreditation confirmation letter
   Example: 1023456_Dupont_Jacques_SUI.jpg
2. The photo must be in portrait mode and in the .jpg format (at least 300 dpi).
3. The basic minimum dimensions must be 40 mm (height) by 30 mm (width).
4. The image must not bear any stamps or other administrative markings
5. The background against which the photo was taken must be a light one

"Paper" images:

1. ID number, family name, first name, name of entity/organization must be provided on the back of the photo. The ID number is the one included in your accreditation confirmation letter
   Example: 1023456, Dupont Jacques, SUI
2. The photo must be in portrait mode.
