Bishkek-Moscow Sub Regional Conference

The Bishkek-Moscow Conference on the Information Society was organized to prepare the countries of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) for the World Summit on Information Society (WSIS).

The first phase of this Conference took place in Bishkek, 9-11 September 2002. The second phase took place in Moscow, 23-24 October 2002.
