AI for Good Innovate for Impact

                       Exploration of Automated Streaming Solutions:

Further feasibility studies on automating data collection using Raspberry Pi devices will be
conducted in regions with stable infrastructure, addressing trust issues noted in our initial
                      analysis.

This roadmap will transform Radiolytica into a trusted, scalable system that mitigates harmful
                      content and strengthens social cohesion.

                      3 Use Case Requirements
                      • REQ-01: It is critical to collect data from community radio stations. This requirement is met
through Fondation Hirondelle’s established network across Eastern DRC, which ensures
consistent and reliable access to relevant audio content.
                      • REQ-02: It is critical to develop and maintain the data processing pipeline. It is essential to
manage the integration of speech-to-text services, generative AI models, and the hybrid
                           validation architecture.
                      • REQ-03: It is expected that the speech-to-text and large language model (LLM) tools
support pay-as-you-go basis, making sustained funding critical for scalability and long-
                           term deployment.
                      • REQ-04: It is critical that AI-generated outputs are validated by experts. This human-
in-the-loop component ensures contextual accuracy and mitigates the risk of AI errors.
Fondation Hirondelle’s in-house staN and regional partners provide the necessary
                           linguistic and cultural expertise.
