               The platform is designed to address the growing challenges of content security detection and         4.3 - 5G
               protection in the context of AI-generated content, with the goal of ensuring that AI technologies
               are used responsibly and for the public good. As large model technologies rapidly evolve,
               they introduce increased risks related to the generation and dissemination of harmful or
               inappropriate content. Traditional content security methods rely heavily on manual review,
               which is both costly and inefficient at scale.

               To overcome these limitations, the platform integrates a high-quality AI security corpus
               pipeline built on cognitive generation techniques. It enables the continuous production of
               evaluation data and training corpora. Furthermore, the platform offers automated evaluation
               and protection mechanisms for algorithmic models.

               Technological Breakthroughs and Innovations:
               1)   Deep Thinking Distillation Architecture
                    A layered knowledge distillation framework is designed to extract deep reasoning
                    capabilities from general large models, specifically tailored for ideological risk assessment
                    [2]. A dual-channel feature fusion mechanism is constructed to enable the collaborative
                    optimization of semantic understanding and security assessment [1]. This approach
                    ensures that both linguistic context and potential security implications are jointly
                    evaluated, resulting in more accurate and reliable risk detection.
               2.   Semantic Sensitivity Perception Instruction System
                    A multi-granularity sensitive instruction set is innovatively designed, encompassing five
                    major evaluation dimensions, such as politics and business, to achieve adaptive feature
                    extraction at different sensitivity levels.
               3.   Scene Adaptive Review Engine
                    A configurable review strategy matrix is designed to enable multi-mode switching
                    between strict control and flexible adaptation.
               Deployment Status:

               Deployed across the entire China Telecom network, covering 622 million Chinese users

               The platform promotes the healthy development of AI technology by providing secure and
               reliable AI applications for industrial innovation and infrastructure development. It assists
               regulatory bodies in effectively supervising AI applications, maintaining social order and
               cybersecurity. The platform fosters collaboration and exchange in the field of AI security,
               collectively advancing the sustainable development of AI technology.

               •    Refine the ideological assessment model to enhance its accuracy and efficiency, and
                    develop additional types of detection models to cover a wider range of risk scenarios.
               •    Create new AIGC content security detection and protection products tailored to various
                    scenarios, such as social media, news media, e-commerce platforms, and other vertical
                    industries [3].
