2004-10-04 In the Circular Letter No. 37, the Member States of the Union with territories in the planning area of the RRC-06 are invited for the second time to inform the Secretary-General of their agreement whether the RRC-06 should be convened in Geneva, 15 May to 16 June 2006 and whether the agenda for the conference should be as reflected in Resolution 1224.
