Résumé :

This contribution formulates concrete proposals intended to support the work of the ITU Study Group (SG5). It is based on national field realities concerning environmental impact assessments of network infrastructures, the optimization of measurement and monitoring frameworks for public exposure to electromagnetic fields (EMF), as well as the establishment of a binding regulatory framework for the circular economy and the life-cycle management of information technology and telecommunications equipment (WEEE).
