Résumé :

This contribution presents a proposal to introduce a strategic framework, named Regional Collaboration Exchange (RCE), for enhancing stakeholder participation in the regional activities of ITU. The framework is envisioned as a platform where the ITU Regional Offices and Area Offices can present their projects and activities to invite the interested stakeholders from the various segments of the society and effectively engage them in ITU programs, thereby ensuring that the benefits of the programs are more accessible.
