Résumé :

This contribution proposes that ITU-D strengthen its support to developing countries in understanding and addressing policy and governance challenges related to emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI). It highlights the need for capacity building, policy guidance and knowledge sharing to help governments assess potential risks and ensure responsible and inclusive digital transformation.
