For several years, Cote d'Ivoire has been carrying out cybersecurity awareness-raising activities and has established mechanisms for reporting cyber incidents. In a context marked by the diversification of digital uses and user profiles, this paper proposes a complementary approach to citizen cybersecurity vigilance, based on a voice-based and multimodal interface assisted by artificial intelligence. Citizens can simply describe the situation they are facing and provide the supporting information available to them. Artificial intelligence helps collect, organize, and supplement relevant information before it is directed to the appropriate reporting mechanisms. By facilitating both reporting and guidance for citizens, the approach also aims to help them better recognize risks and adopt appropriate cybersecurity practices.
