Résumé :

This contribution presents the IDIA project as a nexus between research, advocacy and public policy. It addresses the added value of an intervention model linking scientific research, political influence and citizen engagement to make AI a sustainable lever for development. We propose this "catalyst" model as an approach that ITU D could promote in its country-support programmes aimed at enhancing ownership and sustainability of efforts undertaken in the field of AI.
