The establishment of digital clubs in Tanzania serves as an initiative to bridge the gap between digital access and its meaningful use by equipping children and youth with practical ICT skills at an early age. By promoting digital literacy, innovation and problem solving skills, these clubs empower young people to participate in the digital economy. This initiative contributes to support local innovation, employability, enhanced digital skills and awareness on how to be safe online therefore support the country's journey towards inclusive digital transformation and socio-economic development.
