Résumé :

The project aims to promote the development of skilled and competitive human resources and thereby strengthen the country's competitiveness through the establishment of a digital society open to cutting-edge innovations.
In Chad, women living in rural areas are severely disadvantaged: they have limited access to digital devices and lack the necessary digital skills. Technological progress is rapidly transforming agricultural production, and in the era of smart agriculture, digital skills have become a prerequisite. The Union of Free Women of Rural Mombou (AFLM), which represents 880 rural women farmers and women entrepreneurs organized into 21 business groups and 18 cooperatives, has been a driving force behind the Campaign for the protection and digital empowerment of women in rural Mombou, which has resulted in a real change in behaviour for women in rural Mombou and their communities.
