This document, prepared for the Regional Preparatory Meeting for the CIS region for the World Telecommunication Development Conference WTDC-25, aims to inform participants and stakeholders in setting the region's digital agenda. It has two parts: the first provides an overview of the state of digital connectivity in the CIS region through key indicators, and the second highlights impactful case studies from the region.
