Résumé :

Resolution 11 of the World Telecommunication Development Conference (WTDC) defines the work of the ITU Telecommunication Development Sector (ITU-D) on telecommunication/ICT in rural, remote and poorly served areas. Resolution 11 was previously revised at WTDC-22, which took place in Kigali, Rwanda, but significant progress in the studies carried out by Question 5/1 of ITU-D Study Group 1 has made it necessary to revise and update this document.
