Résumé :

Given the rapid development and widespread attention to artificial intelligence (AI), countries around the world are generally concerned about the impact of AI development on the international community. Therefore, it is suggested that future ITU-D study groups should let AI as an independent topic for research and discussion. By establishing best practices and guiding principles for the application of artificial intelligence, ITU-D SGs can help countries achieve digital transformation and promote the achievement of the United Nations' 2030 goals.
