The document contains a proposal to adopt and implement the outcomes of ITU Recommendation E.813 Mapping and visualization strategies for the assessment of connectivity enabling the multi-dimension evaluation for the connectivity of users to telecommunication services and representing underserved as well as unserved areas to determine the appropriate intervention and necessary measures needed by the end system users.
