This document presents the draft structure of the World Telecommunication Development Conference 2021 (WTDC-21).
The proposed draft structure is in compliance with the General Rules of conferences, assemblies and meetings of the Union and Resolution 1 (Rev. Buenos Aires, 2017), Rules of procedure of ITU-D.
