This contribution summarizes content contributed and discussed in the e-meetings during the autumn 2026, and updates the baseline text of draft Recommendation ITU-T L.FNEE "Assessment of fixed network energy efficiency" accordingly. In particular the following has been addressed:
Updated references, definitions, and abbreviation list
Test parameter and network classification sections added
Equations for total used energy of the different network types added
Initial content of assessment methodology chapter added
