Abstracto :

This proposal contains a suggestion for a new work item on ITU-T L.SCSI, "Framework for ICT-Enabled socialized charging and swapping infrastructure network with base station synergy". The proposed Recommendation focuses on leveraging Information and Communication Technology (ICT) to empower charging and swapping infrastructure for two- and three-wheeled electric vehicles. Through a three-tier intelligent management system comprising "platform + cabinet + battery", it aims to address climate change, enhance public safety, and promote green mobility. Meanwhile, by utilizing the bidirectional power conversion capability of charging and swapping facilities, the socialized charging and swapping network can provide reverse emergency backup power support to communication base stations, thereby establishing a deeply integrated energy-communication collaborative infrastructure that interconnects vehicles, charging points, base stations, and the power grid.
