Abstracto :

This document identifies technical, normative and editorial issues in draft Recommendation ITU-T L.ITservices_footprint and proposes a coherent revision. The draft should not be approved in its present form. Benchmarking against ITU-T L.1410 shows that the draft does not retain its clear treatment of compliance, data gaps, comparison and reporting. The contribution proposes separate detailed and simplified assessment routes, integration of ITU-T L.1411, a practicable data hierarchy, explicit limits on comparability and public claims, and a complete formal review.
