Abstracto :

The report of the Joint Inspection Unit (JIU/REP/2019/4), Review of change management in United Nations system organizations, was undertaken in response to a recognition that the United Nations (UN) system is undergoing an unprecedented level of reform. Change management is critical to this effort. To look more closely at how well UN system organizations have understood and internalized the practises of change management, this review studied 47 organizational reforms across 26 UN system organizations covering the period 2010-2018
