Summary: Under No. 74 of the General Rules of Conferences, Assemblies and Meetings of the Union, the report of the Budget Control Committee, together with the observations of the Plenary Meeting shall, after consideration and approval by the Plenary Meeting, be transmitted to the Secretary-General for submission to the Council at its next ordinary session. The report of the Budget Control Committee of the Plenipotentiary. The observations of the Plenary Meeting are contained in Document 172. Action required: The Council is invited to take note of the present document.
