Abstracto :

The rise of generative artificial intelligence is transforming learning practices in ICT training and raises a major challenge: ensuring the effective acquisition of technical skills when AI can assist with or even perform certain tasks assigned to learners.
This paper proposes a progressive framework for integrating generative AI, in which the extent of AI use is tailored to the targeted skills and the degree of autonomy expected of the learner. The goal is to leverage AI as a learning tool while preserving reasoning, practice, and the effective mastery of technical skills.
