Abstracto :

As part of its governance reforms, the Regulatory Authority for Posts and Telecommunications (ARPT) has revised its procedures for issuing legal documents related to installer and importer certifications, type approvals, service provider authorizations and authorizations for the allocation of resources such as frequencies and numbers, by transitioning from in-person submission of applications at the ARPT Central Secretariat to the online submission of applications.
In two years (2024-2025), this digitalization has made it possible to process 560 applications, compared to 428 previously (2022-2023), a 15 per cent increase.
To implement its new vision, "To be a leader in collaborative governance and regulation", the ARPT has placed digital transformation at the centre of its activities to better meet the needs and interests of investors, consumers and the government.
