Abstracto :

This contribution aims primarily to bring to administrations' attention the extensive range of existing publications, relevant information and approved regional and multilateral documents on the regulation of satellite services.
Satellite services do not operate in a regulatory vacuum. Drawing on decades of operational and regulatory experience across the sector, the document brings together existing knowledge and established practices to support informed discussions on whether, and where, regulatory changes are needed to ensure regulation remains fit for purpose.
