Abstracto :

This contribution provides information on the planning and implementation of Brazil's next-generation Digital Terrestrial Television system, known as TV 3.0 (DTV+). It presents Brazil's national experience with the introduction of next-generation broadcasting applications and systems, including regulatory considerations related to spectrum planning and distribution, and proposes text for consideration under items of study 1, 5 and 7 of section 2.1 of the Terms of Reference of ITU-D Question 2/1.
