In accordance with the provisions of WTDC Resolution 1 and 2, experience of ITU-R and ITU-T Study groups and further discussions held at the first meeting of ITU-D Study Group 1 in April 2026 on the possible recompilation of existing Output Reports of Question 4/1 (2018-2021 and 2022-2025) into topic-focussed ITU-D Reports, this document presents a draft recompilation of Chapter 2 of Question 4/1 Output Report (2018-2021) into ITU-D Output Report on different models for infrastructure sharing, including commercial negotiation.
