Abstracto :

In accordance with the provisions of WTDC Resolutions 1 and 2, experience of ITU-R and ITU-T Study groups, and further to discussions held at the first meeting of ITU-D Study Group 1 in April 2026 on the possible recompilation of existing Question 4/1 Output Reports from the 2018-2021 and 2022-2025 study periods into topic-focused ITU-D Reports, this document presents a draft recompilation of Chapter 1 of the Question 4/1 Output Report (2018-2021) into an ITU-D Output Report on new charging methods (or models, if applicable) for services provided over NGN networks.
