Abstracto :

This contribution presents the experience of implementing a comprehensive governmental programme aimed at reducing the digital divide, which includes funding, regulatory issues, development of telecommunications/ICT infrastructure, domestic equipment production, cooperation between the state and operators, as well as the subsequent use of digital infrastructure for education, healthcare, public services, and economic development.
The contribution is submitted for consideration for possible inclusion in Chapter 2 of the Final Report of Question 1/1 and/or a relevant interim deliverable.
